Ten Thousand Lights: delete your account and data

Delete in the app

1. Open Ten Thousand Lights and sign in.
2. Go to Settings → Data → Delete all data.
3. Complete the confirmation steps. Your account and all of its data are deleted from your device and our servers.

If you can't use the app

Email contact@mtcstudio.net from the address you signed up with, with the subject "Delete my account". We will verify the request and delete your account without undue delay.

Delete some data without deleting your account

In the app you can veil or permanently erase any item you wrote. Erasing removes its line, note and photo; only its number remains as an empty slot.

What is deleted

• Account information (email, name, sign-in identifiers)
• All lists, items, notes and photos
• Settings such as special days, your numbers and reminders
• Gifts you sent
• The content of items you wrote in shared lists (their numbers stay as empty slots for other members)
• Your Lights+ status record

What is kept or deleted later

• Disaster-recovery backups on our servers: removed automatically within 7 days
• Gifted items that someone already added to their own list stay with them
• Information we must keep by law is kept only for the required period
• A Lights+ subscription is not cancelled automatically. Cancel it in your App Store or Google Play settings.
